Shipping Policy
At Swiss Food Box, we take great care in preparing and packing every order to ensure your favourite Swiss products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
The information below explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Orders are shipped every Monday.
To be included in Monday's shipment, orders must be placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM (CET). Orders received after this time will be shipped the following Monday.
During holidays or exceptional circumstances, shipping may be delayed by a few days. If this happens, we will notify affected customers as soon as possible.
Shipping Destinations

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping service selected during checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped. While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays caused by customs, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Swiss Food Box has no control over customs procedures or the fees charged by local authorities. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Swiss Food Box cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update your shipping details.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels).

Food Products
As we sell food products, we cannot guarantee product quality if delivery is delayed due to customs inspections, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with the import regulations of their destination country.
